What should guests know about parking?
The parking lot is secure, gated, and can accommodate 15+ vehicles.
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes, it is open all year.
Can the space be booked for hourly events (showers, parties, etc.)?
Yes. Contact us with your event type, expected guest count, and time needed.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Based on availability and may require an additional fee. Please inquire.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
- 50% of the reservation is due at booking.
- The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior: refund minus a $150 fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days: non-refundable.
- A $500 damage deposit hold is required and released after inspection.
All changes or cancellations must be made through the platform you booked on.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Is there outdoor yard space?
There is no traditional yard, but there is a large deck, balcony, and gravel area with a fire pit.
How many guests can The Attic accommodate?
The Attic can host up to 28 guests comfortably.
What types of events are allowed?
We host youth sports groups, team travel, family gatherings, bridal/baby showers, prayer retreats, church retreats, and similar events. All events must be approved prior to booking.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
The home includes 6 bedrooms plus 2 additional sleeping areas:
- Bedroom 1: 3 bunk sets (3 double beds + 5 twins)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 3: 3 twin beds
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 6: 2 double beds
- Living Room: Pull-out sleeper sofa
- Side Living Room: Futon bed
Each room includes a large HD television.

Yes. The Attic features a chef-style kitchen designed for groups, including:
Two refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, and two trash cans, plus ample cookware and counter space.
